The common electricity market of the Eurasian economic Union: research of approach formations

The formation problems of the common electricity market for the Eurasian economic Union (EAEU) are considered. The specificity of integration processes in the energy sector in the framework of Eurasian integration is analyzed. Based on a world experience study, typical models of electricity markets interstate integration are identified. The formation assessment of The EAEU’s common electricity market design alternatives is given. Approaches to the formation of the EAEU's common electricity market optimal model are proposed.
