Features of formation of the Russian institute of intellectual property in the context of the digital economy

The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the formation of the Russian Institute of intellectual property in the context of the digital economy. The paper presents the author's views on the problems of intellectual property protection in order to identify areas of improvement of state regulation in this area. The advantages and risks of implementing a blockchain platform for intellectual property management are identified. The main tasks of the Russian economy in the context of increasing the efficiency of the Institute of intellectual property are outlined.
