Registration of property rights using blockchain technology in Russia and abroad as an element of the legal structure – the basis for the emergence of property rights to real estate

The article deals with the registration of real estate rights as an element of the legal composition of the grounds for the emergence of property rights to real estate, taking into account the use of blockchain technology in the context of the digitalization of the economy of the Russian Federation. A comparative legal analysis of the use of this technology in foreign countries is carried out, the relevant conclusions are proposed.
