Information intermediaries in the system of public and corporate procurement

The article presents the key aspects of the development of digital technologies in relation to the sphere of circulation, namely for the sphere of public and corporate procurement. Types of information intermediaries are considered, the characteristic and technology of work of electronic trading platforms is given, features of electronic intermediaries in public procurement system are opened. The statistical materials characterizing the activity of electronic trading platforms in the sphere of public procurement and corporate environment, their effectiveness and rating are presented. Positive dynamics of functioning of electronic platforms is noted, the factors constraining their development are defined and the directions of improvement of information services in the sphere of purchases are designated.
