Interested party transactions: novels of law

The article deals with the latest changes in the Russian legislation affecting interested party transaction. The author pays special attention to the history of the institution of interested party transaction, as well as analyzes Federal law from 07.03.2016 number 343-FZ "On Amendments to the Federal Law" On Joint Stock Companies "and the Federal Law" On Limited Liability Companies "in the regulation of large transactions and transactions with interest", which introduced a number of innovations in relation to these transactions. As a result, problems are formulated and solutions are proposed.
