The role of corporate social responsibility strategy in the development of human capital of the company

The present article deals with topical issues on the international economic agenda - corporate social responsibility (hereinafter - also in CSR abbreviated form) of modern companies, expressed in the voluntary implementation in the daily business activities of social and environmental standards, and consistently build on them a sustainable development strategy for deep integration in the markets. In the context of the humanization of economic growth and within the marked topics are also examined the impact of the company's CSR strategy in relation to the development of its human capital. Issues related to CSR and human capital, today dedicated a considerable amount of different kinds of work. The provisions of this article, based on a wealth of experience in methodological research of these issues, and with the position of the author's interpretation of conclusions on how to work in the direction of CSR can be related to issues of human capital. During the presentation of the material also provides examples of the experience of the largest global players, which move in their development towards more socially responsible business.
