Logistics as a key factor in ensuring competitiveness of small business in field of Internet trade of automobile spare parts in Moscow

In the modern digital economy online trading goes to the forefront in terms of value and assortment of retail turnover. Not only large wholesalers, but also retailers came to this sector. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are actively involved in the development of this business. In order for SMEs to compete with large trade operators they need effective government support aimed at optimizing and reducing their costs. In the article the problem of development of Internet trade of small business is considered on the example of trade in automobile spare parts in Moscow. This article reveals the main factor reducing profitability of small business in the sphere of Internet trade – logistics of delivery of goods to delivery points. The main formulated proposal is to focus state support of small businesses on the urban logistics network.
