Main directions of reducing discrimination of labor at Russian enterprises

the article discusses the main causes and factors that lead to the formation and occurrence of labor discrimination in enterprises of the Russian Federation (RF). The level of the current development of the problem of labor discrimination and assessment by the state, society, the labor market and employers are analyzed. The mechanism of countering labor discrimination in Russian enterprises is considered. The proposed measures and ways to improve the mechanism in order to form new directions of reducing the level of discrimination in labor in Russia.
