Restitution in invalid transactions: concept, features

The article discusses the concept, legal nature and features of restitution as the legal consequences of invalidation of transactions. Analyzing the various points of view expressed in the science of civil law, the authors come to the conclusion about the mandatory nature of restitution. The features of restitution are analyzed, distinguishing it as an independent institution and distinguishing it from vindication.
