Suspension of performance of obligations under the subscription agr

Object: The purpose of the scientific article is allocation of features of realization of the right of the subscriber for voluntary suspension of performance of obligations under the contract with execution on demand (the subscriber contract). Findings: researches are distinguished by the applied character directed to increase in efficiency of civil regulation of the relations arising from subscriber contracts. Conclusions: in connection with the long nature of legal relationship of the parties under the subscriber contract, it is expedient to grant in legal relationship the right to the subscriber on voluntary stay of conditions of validity for a certain term with preservation of the contractual relations. At the same time in the course of such stay by the performer collection of a payment on specially established tariffs is possible.
