the article deals with the peculiarities of legal regulation of certain issues of medical law. In particular, such an important aspect as the right to receive medical care in relation to the quality of services is considered. Features of protection of the rights of consumers of medical services are analyzed, law enforcement problems in this area are revealed and perspective ways of their decision are offered.
