Problems and prospects of digitalization of the economy in the Russian Federation

The article highlights the importance of the digital economy for the development of financial and production processes. The dynamics of the share of the digital economy in the GDP of the Russian Federation in 2012 – 2018, On the basis of economic and statistical analysis revealed a lack of effective influence of the pace of development of the digital economy on the average level of profitability in the Russian economy. The main institutional, financial, personnel and marketing problems of digitalization of the domestic economy are systematized. The main prospects of the processes of digitalization of socio-economic processes in the Russian Federation are highlighted.
