The article provides a critical assessment of the current legislation in the field of procurement of certain types of legal entities and considers the application and implementation of a Single provision on the procurement Of the state Corporation "Rostec" by organizations in which the Corporation by virtue of the predominant participation in their authorized capital, either in accordance with the agreements concluded between them, or otherwise has the ability to influence the decisions made by these organizations. Practical recommendations on the directions of improvement of the legislative norm unreasonably complicating the activities of enterprises whose procurement activities are regulated by corporate rules within vertically integrated structures are given. It is of great practical importance to establish a unified procedure for the accession of organizations to the new editions of this document.
