Digital information and communication technologies in the personnel management of educational organizations of higher education

The purpose of the article is to consider the place and role of digital information and communication technologies in the management of the personnel of higher education organizations. On the basis of the study using the methods of labour economics and personnel management, the conclusion is made about the advantages of using these technologies in this management, which, in particular, is expressed in improving the efficiency of personnel work of the university. At the same time, there are risks from such use. The general conclusion is that these technologies do not become effective when they replace the personnel of human resources services, but are a complement to the work of the latter. The theoretical significance of the article lies in the multi-aspect vision of the problem, including a generalization of achievements in the implementation of these technologies, and in the assessment of emerging risks. The practical significance of the article is to develop methods for assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of these technologies in the management of university personnel.
