This article studies opportunities of high-speed railway infrastructure development in Russia. Russian Railways key role in the formation of high-speed railways infrastructure was noted. The high-speed ridership increasing trend was identified. The investment projects public-private partnership mechanism was suggested to develop railway infrastructure facilities construction and modernization.
