Ways of increasing labor productivity in Russia

Russia has entered a new period of its development – innovation and digital economy. New technologies lead to qualitative changes in all aspects of society, which helps to strengthen the competitiveness of the economy in such areas as: employment, science, entrepreneurship, export and import, labor productivity, etc. The higher the level of labor productivity, the better the economic potential of the country and the higher the level of social welfare. Currently, the actual problem is low labor productivity in Russian enterprises, the consequence of which is the weak competitiveness of domestic enterprises, low economic efficiency of production, the use of human capital, technology development and management. In this regard, the country's leadership sets the task of increasing GDP, economic growth, labor productivity.
