The procedure for evaluating the personnel of the enterprise currently plays a very important role in the system of human resource management. A large number of modern managers are paying close attention to it and are ready to incur substantial material costs to optimize and increase its efficiency. Мanagers of large companies unanimously agree in opinion - the successful achievement of the most important (strategic) goals of any enterprise is impossible without an efficiently structured and streamlined management system for its employees and, as a result, personnel assessment procedures. n their work, the authors emphasize that the assessment of the company's employees currently serves as an important element of the personnel management system; without it, today it’s impossible the successful functioning of a single enterprise.
