Some aspects of the tourism promotion system legal regulation

The paper reveals the problems of tourism promotion system legal regulation, and the main legal methods and means of regulation and their legal nature, specific characteristics of the tourism activity, which form the corresponding legal policy. Identified the prospective forms of offline and online tourism promotion, disclosed the specifics of the object and subject, and the priority directions of the tourism promotion legal regulation. In view the complex nature of the tourist product in terms of regulation of promotion, the author disclosed issues of regulation of means of individualization and security of the service, determined the specifics of the law regulation of promotion depending on the channel, form, means and potential audience of impact. The author have founded that the regulation of tourism promotion relations are conditioned by specific consumer characteristics of a tourist product (both a commercial and as a product of tourism destination), and has a complex and unorganized character.
