Preconditions of implementation of the Industry 4.0 concept

The article is devoted to the selection and analysis of the prerequisites for the implementation of the concept of "Industry 4.0". The study indicated that the causes and incentives for the development of the fourth industrial revolution should be considered in the indivisible triumvirate of industrial, economic, environmental and social factors. Special attention is paid to the fact that the introduction of the concept Industry 4.0 is associated with a number of difficulties, which are caused by the uneven development of both business entities and countries as a whole. Also identified are the challenges that the governments of the countries and the heads of enterprises will have to meet in the process of introducing new smart technologies.
