It is important to note that not all personnel management procedures and methods currently used in the enterprise lead to positive results. One of the conditions for their successful application is their complexity and consistency. Modern management science knows many procedures and methods of management that have a positive effect. In this scientific article, the authors explore the procedures and methods of human resource management that can lead to economic, social and psychological effects. Along with this, the work reveals the strategic directions for the development of modern procedures and methods of personnel management.
