Shepelin Gennady I.  (Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, Moscow)

In this paper, we develop an evolutionary-economic theory based on models a holistic economic system with a complete life cycle based, in turn on the spiral of social development. The spiral model of development, with two thousand years of history, is analyzed as an entity, with its perfection. Analysis abstract-a generalized spiral development within a fully closed system allows you to select the initial education, which is the basis for creating an evolutionary development model, highlighting the stages of the life cycle. Using the simple model of production as the basic framework, we review its development in the framework of the expanded reproduction. Finally, it discusses an integrated model of evolutionary-economic development. The article analyzes the implementation model of the example of the Soviet economy in the period from 1947. until its collapse.
