Russian-Indian cooperation in the spheres of science, education and high technologies

The article casts view on the Russian-Indian cooperation in the fields of education, science and high technologies. The author argues that this process is developing disproportionately, as Russia's trade in services in higher education lags behind cooperation in the fields of science and high technology. The article analyzes the ambiguity of Russia's position in the Indian market in connection with the protectionist policy of India’s government and competition from the US and the EU in some spheres.
