The relevance of the study of the problems of National innovation systems of the EAEU and their Association is undeniable. The article deals with the history of national innovation systems (NIS) and the impact of NIS on the economy of the state. The ways of integration of National innovation systems of the EAEU into the joint innovation system of the Eurasian economic Union (OIC EA-ES) are investigated. The topical problems of integration of National innovation systems of Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Armenia and Kyrgyzstan: the creation of the subsystem of financing of the OIC, the subsystem of coordination and planning of the OIC and others. the Issues of innovative development of the country and the role in this development of the National innovation system. The necessity of economic development of the EAEU countries in accordance with the strategy of innovative development is shown.
