Legal analysis of business safety: social essence and current state

One of the leading places in the life of society today is entrepreneurship – a new structural direction of development of financial and economic activity. The formation of entrepreneurship in the broad sense of this concept is an ongoing process designed for further development and improvement. The concept of modern development of Russian business - "based" on the fact that its successful development and further-is possible only in the presence of favorable economic, legal, political and other conditions. The world experience of statehood formation convincingly confirms that each "qualitatively" new stage of changes in society on evolutionary stages of development is based on "its" own legal base (basis). The absence of legal forms in social, political, economic and spiritual structures hinders the transformations dictated by life. On the contrary, timely, verified and accurate legal decisions coming from life push the limits of public initiative and development prospects. New legislative acts were adopted that meet the requirements based on the requirements of practical implementation, current tasks, prospects for the development and improvement of existing legislation. At the initial stages of this process, the most relevant was the implementation of measures to improve the regulatory framework, the adoption of new and adjustment of existing legislative acts regulating entrepreneurial activity, as well as the implementation of administrative measures to support entrepreneurs.
