Problem aspects of legal protection of interests of participants of the contract of participation in construction

The article examines the current problems encountered in the process of implementing equity participation in construction on the basis of an agreement. The attention is focused on the fact that developers often try to avoid legal liability for delay in transferring an object to an interest-holder, for deficiencies that have not been eliminated during construction and in other cases. It reveals aspects of the implementation by shareholders of their rights, as well as ways to protect their legitimate interests in relation to unscrupulous developers.
