Evaluation and analysis of the reform of the pension system of the Russian Federation since 2000–2013

This article analyses the development of the pension system of Russia for a number of years using actuarial calculations; Retrospective analysis of data for 2004-2013 and estimated the level of collection of taxes to the Pension Fund of Russia for the insurance part of the pension. The financial condition of the pension system has also been assessed. On the basis of retrospective data for 2002-2013, the number of Russian pensioners until 2030 was predicted. On the basis of State statistics, an analysis was carried out on the distribution of pensioners by type of pension provision for 2002-2013.
