Consistency of talent management system with the strategy of increasing the competitiveness of the organization

Talent management system affects the competitiveness of the organization through the selection, selection, recruitment and development of the most qualified, experienced and educated personnel. Tools in the field of personnel management of the company should be coordinated with the strategy of increasing the competitiveness of the organization, which, of course, is the most important program of development of the company. The article deals with the correlation of the strategy type with the talent management tools of companies that contribute to the achievement of goals in various types of organizations.
