Legal regulation of real estate activities in different countries of the world

The article investigates the world practice of legal regulation of real estate activity. It is noted that abroad the profession of a realtor today is one of the most prestigious, whose activities are regulated by both laws and professional associations, strongly affecting both the real estate market and the economic situation as a whole. that the work of a real estate agent in each country is associated, first of all, with the peculiarities of ensuring a civilized nature of relations between market participants legislation specifics. It is revealed that there are only two basic variants of regulation: either the state legislatively regulates the market, or it is regulated by the professional community. It is concluded that in the Russian Federation at this stage there are no significant legal mechanisms to regulate the activities of realtors, which is a serious problem that requires early resolution.
