To the question about the principles and forms of state coercion

the article deals with the principles and forms of state coercion related to the changing needs of citizens and the state of society in the modern world. The author comes to the conclusion that the use of measures of state coercion is possible only on the basis of legal regulation, in accordance with the law, which is one of the main differences between state coercion and violence. The question of the grounds for the use of certain forms of state coercion raises the problem of the limits of its application. In this regard, there should be appropriate legal safeguards to prevent the transfer of forms of coercion into violence.
