Ensuring the effectiveness of interaction between participants of investment and construction projects

The subject of this study is the established practice of interaction of participants in the implementation of investment and construction projects. The article deals with the problems of interaction between customers and contractors in the framework of work under contracts, examines the causes of mass bankruptcies of construction companies and assesses the factors limiting the effectiveness of their activities. In the result, the author identified that one of the important reasons for the decline of efficiency of interaction of participants of investment and construction projects is the absence in Russian legislation of the description of the sequence of actions of the parties to the contract to prevent and pre-trial settlement of disputes and conflicts. The author concludes that the development of legislatively fixed mechanism and instruments of economic interaction of the main participants of investment and construction projects will prevent in the future the emergence of a number of crisis phenomena in the investment and construction sector.
