Legislative (representative) bodies of state power of the subjects of the Russian Federation: issues of theory and practice

This article analyzes issues related to the name of the legislative (representative) bodies of state power of the subjects. Some issues of the internal structure of these organs are considered. In addition, the author of the article touches upon the legal aspect of the functioning of regional bodies of state power of legislative and executive purposes, their practical and social conditionality, some features of their formation taking into account the legislative positions reflected in the current legislation, as well as the activities of structural units of such bodies, taking into account the responsibilities tasks.
