Current prospects for the Institute's implementation private bailiffs in Russia

The article analyzes the legislative initiative on private bailiffs and the possibility of applying this institution in the Russian Federation. This article provides an overview of the latest draft law on private bailiffs. The analysis of the political and social basis of Russian society for the emergence of private bailiffs, the possibility of complementarity of the state and private system of compulsory debt collection is given. The problems related to the possible implementation of this law and its application in Russia at the present stage are revealed.
