Khanafit fikh in Bukhara: stages of formation and development

The article discusses the theoretical and legal problems of the history of the formation and development of Hanafi fiqh. The article emphasizes the role of Islam, as well as the specifics of Bukhara, in which Hanafi schools were formed. The urgency of the problems of the formation and development of the Hanafi fiqh in Bukhara is determined by the need to determine the role of this territory in the development of the fiqh institution. The scientific article shows the features of the establishment of the institute of Hanafi fiqh based on the evolution and specifics of the historical development of Bukhara, its position before and after the conquest by the Arabs. The relevance and significance of this problem is based on the fact that if the history of fiqh as a whole is studied, then there are very few studies in the framework of Bukhara, while in domestic science this is complicated by a number of problems related, first of all, to access to sources that indicate development Hanafi schools in Bukhara, the activities of specific researchers. At the same time, modern researchers pay insufficient attention to this issue, while Bukhara made a significant contribution to the development of Muslim law on the basis of Hanafi fiqh. The study is aimed at identifying the general and the particular in jurisprudence.
