Approaches to developing an effective talent management program

The Importance of managing financial resources has long been a determining factor in the organization’s performance. The management and distribution of human resources is not often given attention. However, the impact of talent management on business results is enormous. At the same time, the talent management program plays a critical role in the organization’s talent management. The author of the article concludes that those organizations that have effective talent management programs are more likely to outperform their competitors, which determines the need to develop approaches to developing an effective talent management program in a modern organization.
