The limits of the use of private and business law in the process of public reproduction (structure and content of legal regulation)

The article analyzes the structure and content of the legal regulation of business relations. The object of the study is social relations at the stages of production, distribution, exchange, consumption. The subject of the study is the legislation in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity (civil and business). The correlation of civil and business law at the stages of reproduction is revealed. The mechanisms of using private and business law in the process of implementing state regulation of entrepreneurial activity are proposed.
