The child as a value: concepts for protecting the rights and interests of minors in the Russian Federation

The article deals with the historical background of the formation of children’s rights at the international level and in the legal framework of the Russian Federation. The author substantiates the theoretical and practical relevance of the content and implementation of the constitutional foundations of the legal status of the child in Russia, ensuring the subjective rights of minors, and also puts forward some ideas about changing the attitude to the unborn child in the legal framework.
