Problem aspects of the implementation of the right to a mandatory share in the inheritance

The article examines the problematic aspects of the implementation of the law by some subjects of inheritance legal relations to the mandatory share of inheritance under civil law. It reveals the difficulties of inheriting by persons of retirement age, minor citizens, adult students, children conceived in life, and those born after the death of the testator. Attention is focused on the problematic aspects of protecting the rights of these individuals and possible options for resolving them by amending legislation.
