The article shows the role and significance of incorporation of small innovative companies and large high-tech enterprises for the modernization of the national economy of the Russian Federation. The main forms of this type of incorporation are highlighted. The main risks arising in the process of incorporation, typical for both high-tech industries and small innovative businesses, are systematized. The main directions of reducing the risks of incorporation in the innovation sphere are proposed.
