Legal approaches to the development of social entrepreneurship in Russia

The article considers certain legislative acts regulating the activities of social entrepreneurship entities. A comparative analysis of state support for socially oriented non-profit organizations and social (commercial) enterprises is conducted. A number of legislative initiatives are proposed to eliminate inconsistencies in legal norms and improve the efficiency of social enterprises.
