This paper has summarized some aspects a comparative legal study and analysis of administrative legislation providing for liability for violations in the bankruptcy procedure in the regulatory legal acts of a number of EEU member States.
Objective: having Studied the regulation of administrative liability for wrongful bankruptcy in the legislation of a number of member States of the EEU and the CIS, to assess the problems and prospects for the unification and improvement of these standards.
Results: Similar aspects and basic differences in the regulation of administrative offences related to wrongful bankruptcy in the legislation of a number of EEU member States are identified.
Conclusions: the Author comes to the conclusion that the legal regulation of mechanisms of insolvency and bringing to administrative responsibility for wrongful bankruptcy in the member States-the EEU, despite the similarity of approaches, has a number of fundamental differences due to the specifics of national legal systems.
