Dairy product labeling: an overview of opinions

The article deals with the introduction of labeling of dairy products using a QR code. Foreign and domestic experience in the use of marking is presented. The opinions of experts, specialists and consumers are highlighted. Conclusions are made about the emerging economic risks and the need for more balanced approaches to the introduction of labeling due to the social significance of dairy products is noted.
