The article analyzes the signs of the objective side of petty theft committed by a person subjected to administrative punishment. Attention is focused on the terminological problem of the legislative definition of the objective side of theft through the categories of "possession", "appeal", "withdrawal". The content of the illegal and gratuitous nature of the act in question is disclosed.
