Environmental information as a reason to commence the criminal prosecution

The goal is the legal characterization of environmental information as a reason to initiate criminal proceedings. The subject of the present studies is the environmental information. The analysis methodology incorporates the research of general provisions enshrined in the legal framework and system of the environmental law, as well as drawing of recommendations to explicate the object of research. The article describes the legal definition of information and environmental information, its applicability to prescribe and initiate criminal proceedings in legal practice.
