Prospects for russian cuisine in Dutch market

This article discusses characteristics of Dutch F&B market in the context of the Russian cuisine restaurant entering it. Moreover, the article provides the results of the study on the success factors of catering establishments in the territory of Amsterdam. In the course of the study food preferences of the population were also identified. Based on the collected data, promotion recommendations were given and prospects for Russian cuisine in the Dutch market were estimated.
