nowadays, there is an uncompromising struggle on the part of the female sex to defend personal rights in all aspects of life. This phenomenon has not spared the representatives of our country. Women's employment is a constant focus. Increased unemployment in the second half of 2020, including women's unemployment, most clearly demonstrates this phenomenon in Russia.
