Development of a comprehensive methodology for determining the investment attractiveness of regional enterprises (industries)

The article discusses complex methods for assessing investment attractiveness of enterprises in the engineering industry. The strengths and weaknesses of each method are identified, and a cluster method for assessing investment attractiveness of enterprises is proposed. The analysis and ways of further development of this technique are given, the advantages and disadvantages of its use are evaluated. A comparative analysis of investment projects of the Russian machine-building market is carried out on the example of industrial enterprises of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
