Development and implementation of innovations at the enterprise

The article is devoted to the study of the features of the development and implementation of innovations at enterprises. Special attention is paid to the relevance and significance of the innovative vector of development of business entities at the modern stage. The specific stages of development, formation and testing of innovations at enterprises are also considered. Particular emphasis is placed on the fact that in the process of searching for and updating new ideas, it is necessary to analyze the degree of complexity inherent in production, organizational structure and management contour of each individual enterprise. In addition, the article highlights the rules for assessing the innovation balance.
