Quality of life and quality of education: the problem of correlation

The article presents the results of a theoretical study, during which the most well-known methods for assessing the quality of life were analyzed. The result of the research is a scientific justification for the absence of a direct relationship between the quality of education and the quality of life, which is caused by different models of economic development of countries, which in turn causes the inaccuracy of the universal methods used for assessing the quality of life for countries and regions with different levels of economic development. The acquisition of knowledge and, as a result, quality education in the conditions of educational activities of Russian universities, which do not guarantee graduates their implementation in their subsequent professional activities and the acquisition of a high social status, leads to a contradiction between the desire to implement the acquired knowledge and the lack of such an opportunity due to the low level of development of high-tech industries. The conclusion of the study was the conclusion that it is necessary to take a set of effective measures aimed at the development of high-tech business in the country, which will act as a kind of driving force for improving its quality in Russia, by ensuring a direct relationship between the quality of education and the quality of life.
