The article substantiates the conceptual foundations of the formation of strategic parameters of innovative and technological development of industrial enterprises, aimed at achieving global technological leadership. A comparative analysis of Russia with recognized world technological leaders is carried out. A model of long-term innovative and technological development of an enterprise is proposed, aimed at developing the strategic technological competitiveness of the industrial complex and achieving technological leadership.
