The article is devoted to the study of the problems of legal regulation of unnamed forms of coercive measures in enforcement proceedings. Attention is paid to the study of the process of digitalization of public relations, developing under the influence of information technologies. Particular attention is paid to the possibility of foreclosure on electronic forms of money. The article analyzes the need to secure atypical types of enforcement measures in order to ensure the correct and timely execution of judicial acts.
